Another beautiful summer on Cape Cod has come and gone. With the departure of summer vacationers, often ar-rives a busy buying and selling season — and this year is no different. Single family home sales are up 5.5% and condo sales are up 6.1%. Also on the increase is the median sale price, and days on market are down. Of particular note is the strong increase of 18.8% in sales in the $500,000 - $749,999 price bracket. All indications are that the real estate market on Cape Cod is healthy and now is a great time to buy or sell!
