Staff Promotions Poise Kinlin Grover and The Randall Family of Companies for Continued Growth

Director of Agent Training and Social Media Manager Appointed

August 5, 2020 – Kinlin Grover Real Estate, part of The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists with 34 offices and more than 650 agents across RI, CT and MA, is proud to announce two internal staff promotions: Brian Johnson has been appointed to the expanded position of ‘Marketing Technology, Agent Support and Training Director,’ and Catheren Andrade has been appointed as the company’s new ‘Social Media Manager.’ In addition to these two internal promotions, the company’s marketing department is expanding to include a dedicated Advertising Production Coordinator under Johnson’s supervision.

Johnson, who has been with the company for 16 years, has been integral, in tandem with several key vendor partners, in the development of the company’s world-class marketing and technology suite of services and to the internal agent adoption of these services. In addition to his role in marketing technology, agent support and training, Johnson is a leading member of the company’s award-winning marketing team.

In his new elevated position, Johnson will oversee all company training initiatives in three sister brokerages across Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. He will manage internal staff trainers and external trainers to provide the company’s 650+ agents with professional development opportunities. This expanded training role is in addition to his marketing technology and agent support responsibilities. Johnson, a resident of Brewster, MA, holds two advanced engineering degrees and is a licensed real estate professional.

Catheren Andrade, who joined The Randall Family of Companies two-and-a-half years ago, is a 16-year social media and digital marketing professional with experience working with several prominent regional organizations. In her tenure with the company, Andrade significantly expanded its three brokerages’ online presence, increasing its social media audience by over 30%, including the introduction of its presence on Instagram, which has grown over 1,500% since the profile was created. Andrade manages 24 social profiles across 9 divisions of The Randall Family of Companies, improving total social engagement by 45%. In addition, she provides agents with group training and one-on-one coaching. She is an integral part of the company’s vacation rentals divisions and its public relations efforts to promote agent contributions both internally and within the community

In Andrade’s expanded position, she becomes part of the company’s management team, where she will be poised to further elevate the brokerages’ social media and digital marketing programs. In addition to Andrade’s expertise in these areas, she has been a licensed real estate professional since 2003. Andrade completed many of her college studies abroad and has a passion for world and domestic travel. She considers herself, like The Randall Family of Companies, both local and global. She is a resident of Sandwich, MA.
