Our Commitment to our Community, Clients, Agents and Staff

At the heart of Kinlin Grover is a relationship-based company dedicated to teamwork and the highest levels of customer service. With this in mind, we deeply understand the hardship that the current coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak is causing for everyone in our community.

Given these realities, we have taken these precautionary measures:

  • Following CDC guidelines and recommendations by the National Association of Realtors
  • Moved to a work-from-home protocol, encouraging our people to use our offices only if necessary and to exercise all recommended health-safety precautions when interacting with the public
  • Canceled all open houses and all group in-person meetings
  • Moved to virtual meetings
  • Expanded ways to virtually tour our listings online

We believe these actions are not only our responsibility, but simply the right thing to do.

Moving forward we want to let you know that we aren’t going anywhere. Our clients and their families count on us, and we remain open for business and dedicated to servicing their needs on a daily basis. Fortunately, given our technology platform and the commitment of our agents and staff, we are able to continue to work and transact real estate.

So please know we are doing our best to play our part and that, above all things, we are working to be safe and responsible members of this beautiful place we call home.
