Kinlin Grover Real Estate Surpasses $1.66 Billion in Annual Sales in 2020

Osterville, MA – March 2, 2021 - Kinlin Grover Real Estate, which owns and operates 23 Massachusetts offices from Cape Cod to the South Coast and the South Shore specializing in the marketing and sale of waterfront, village and luxury homes, proudly announces it surpassed $1.66 billion in annual sales in 2020 according to the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors (CCIAOR). The agency’s 2020 annual sales number exceeds its previous record of $1.2 billion in annual sales, positioning the company as a leader in Cape Cod’s economic recovery despite early setbacks during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kinlin Grover’s $1.66 billion in sales and 2,822 units sold, including 232 units valued at over $1 million each, made the company Cape Cod’s top real estate brokerage in 2020 for the 20th consecutive year,     according to the Cape and Islands MLS.

Adding to the banner sales year was the year-end results of the company’s post-transaction, client service rankings. In 2020 Kinlin Grover agents averaged 99% in client satisfaction in surveys administered by the independent Leading Research Corporation.

Kinlin Grover’s banner year is illustrated by its 68 total sales associates who placed in the top 20% for either sales volume or units sold on the Cape in 2020, according to the CCIAOR. The agency also dominated the CCIAOR rankings with the most agents ranked within the top 10% of its members.

In December of 2020, The Randall Family of Companies donated $40,000 through its ‘Season of Giving’ program to local food banks, soup kitchens and pantries in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island, with Kinlin Grover overseeing donation efforts in Massachusetts.
