Cotuit, MA – May 22, 2019 – Kinlin Grover Real Estate Agents Cindy Crawford and John Callahan recently closed on Cape Cod’s largest land transaction of 2019, a $5,045,000 sale of an 11.78 acre parcel located at 135 Putnam Avenue in Cotuit, according to Cape Cod and Islands Multiple Listing Service (CCIMLS). It is both the largest volume and largest acreage sold in 2019. The sale closed on May 15. Crawford and Callahan represented the sellers.

The private oceanfront property faces south and features 215 feet of sandy beach with panoramic water views of Cotuit Bay and Nantucket Sound. This property had been owned by the same family for more than 100 years, so it’s quite literally an once-in-a-lifetime piece of oceanfront Cape land.

While this property is available to be built upon and subdivided, there are no plans to do so, as the new owner plans to keep it undeveloped, preserved open space, according to Callahan and Crawford.
