Blatz Leads Kinlin Grover’s Brewster, South Yarmouth and Yarmouth Port offices

Yarmouth, MANovember 14, 2019 –Kinlin Grover Broker Annie Blatz was named President-elect of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR) 2020 Board of Directors following an election held on November 13th.

Blatz is a Past president of both the CCIAOR and the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) and has served on countless committees, task forces, and work groups at the local, state, and national level over the course of her 34-year career as a REALTOR®.

“After a few years working at the state and national levels, I am pleased to be once again participating in the local association with my friends and colleagues,” Blatz said. “We all know how special this area is, and I am looking forward to great achievements in 2020.”

“Annie Blatz is a consummate professional who is dedicated to advocating on behalf of and supporting her fellow real estate agents across the Cape,” said Joe Arnao, president of CCIAOR. “As a past president of our Board of Directors, Annie has the necessary experience and connections needed to lead us to new heights in 2020.”

Blatz, a Brewster resident, serves as the Broker of Record for Kinlin Grover Real Estate, Cape Cod’s largest real estate firm, and is the Branch Executive of Kinlin Grover’s Yarmouth Port, Brewster, and South Yarmouth offices. She served as president of the CCIAOR in 2007, was president of the MAR in 2016, and has been recognized nationally for her efforts to protect the real estate industry and home ownership with her induction into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame.

As President of CCIAOR, she is responsible for governance of associations, structures and organizational operations, including the development of association goals and objectives; member services including recruitment and retention and networking; and internal and external relations to create leaders, cultivate synergistic relationships and promote political awareness and government advocacy activities.

The Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR) is a local organization supporting REALTORS® across Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket by empowering professionalism and advocating for the real estate industry across the region. It is a not-for-profit and membership-based organization governed by a volunteer member Board of Directors and run by a professional staff led by the Chief Executive Officer. CCIAOR exists to provide benefits to members and advocate on behalf of our members, the industry, and their home buying and selling clients.
