Kinlin Grover Real Estate Becomes First Cape Cod Agency to Surpass $1 Billion in Annual Sales

2018 Marks Banner Year for Leading Agency

Osterville, MA – January 15, 2019 - Kinlin Grover Real Estate, part of The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists with 35 regional offices, including 24 across Cape Cod, The South Shore and South Coast, proudly announces it surpassed $1 Billion in annual sales in 2018 according to The Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, becoming the first Cape-based real estate agency to do so.

Kinlin Grover’s $1 Billion in sales and 1,934 units sold once again made the company Cape Cod’s number one real estate brokerage, according to Cape and Islands MLS. This marks the eighteenth year in a row that Kinlin Grover and its acquired brokerages have finished as Cape Cod’s leading real estate company.

Kinlin Grover’s banner year was highlighted by participating in the sale of a $14.75 Million Chatham mansion in December, which was the fourth-largest sale in Massachusetts in 2018 and largest on Cape Cod in five years, according to the Massachusetts Statewide Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network (MLSPIN). Adding to Kinlin Grover’s noteworthy sales, in June, the company participated in the sale of an $8.45 Million property in Hyannisport, and in October, a $5.45 Million home in Osterville.

In addition to its record-breaking sales, Kinlin Grover continued its growth by adding 115 new agents in 2018.
