Kinlin Grover Real Estate Agents Receive Special Designation from Cape Cod and Islands Association of REALTORS®

Brewster, MAJuly 13, 2020 – Kinlin Grover Real Estate’s Annie Blatz, Branch Executive of Kinlin Grover’s Yarmouth Port, Brewster, and South Yarmouth offices, and Martha Knapp, Broker Associate and Luxury Estates Advisor at Kinlin Grover’s Harwich Port office, have been named “Cape Cod Real Estate Specialists” by the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® (CCIAOR). They and three additional Cape-based real estate agents are the first individuals to receive this new designation.

Blatz, who is the President-elect of the 2021 CCIAOR Board of Directors in 2020, serves as the Broker of Record for Kinlin Grover Real Estate, Cape Cod’s largest real estate firm. She served as president of the CCIAOR in 2007, was president of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) in 2016, and has been recognized nationally for her efforts to protect the real estate industry and home ownership with her induction into the REALTORS® Political Action Committee Hall of Fame. The Brewster resident has served on countless committees, task forces, and work groups at the local, state, and national level over the course of her 35-year career as a REALTOR®.

“It’s an absolute honor to be recognized as one of the premier real estate professionals on the Cape,” said Blatz. “Over the years, I have worked with countless clients, learning invaluable lessons each step of the way. To be held in such high regard by my colleagues at the CCIAOR is incredibly special.” 

Knapp, a resident of Harwich, served as President of the CCIAOR Board of Directors in 2018, as well as President of the Cape Cod & Islands Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that same year. She is a trained mediator, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Premier Service Certified Agent and holds a number of additional impressive credentials. She has won numerous awards including the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®’ 2008 “Good Neighbor” Award and the 2016 CCIAOR REALTOR® of the Year Award, among many others. Additionally, she is the Founder and Executive Director of Angel’s Hope, a non-profit that works closely with Dana Farber Cancer Institute providing assistance to families of children with cancer throughout New England.
