Four Kinlin Grover Real Estate Agents Make REAL Trends’ “America's Best Rankings”

Sandra Tanco of Kinlin Grover’s Harwich Port office, Rose Kennedy of Truro, Brett Holmes of Provincetown and Rick Shechtman of Barnstable have all made the REAL Trends list. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2017. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.

Tanco recorded 75 sides during 2017 to earn her place on the list while achieving $60.5 million in total sales volume; while Kennedy, Holmes and Shechtman produced $31.1, $23.7 and $21.1 in sales volume sold, respectively.
