Osterville, MA – July 11, 2019 – Kinlin Grover Real Estate, part of The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists, with 33 offices and more than 630 agents across RI, CT and MA, is pleased to announce that four of the country’s top real estate professionals are Kinlin Grover agents, according to REAL Trends.

Sandra Tanco of Kinlin Grover’s Harwich Port office, Lori Jurkowski of Chatham, Rose Kennedy of Truro, and Brett Holmes of Provincetown have all, once again, made the REAL Trends list. To be included in the ranking, agents must have closed at least 50 transactions or $20 million in closed sales volume in 2018. All production numbers are independently verified by a third-party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.

“We are extremely proud of our agents as their hard work and dedication has resulted in their inclusion on this very exclusive list.  Each of these top agents have made this list more than twice. Sandra made the list for the past 7 years and Rose for the past 5. Lori has made the list 3 times and Brett for the past 2 years,” said Mike Schlott, President, Kinlin Grover Real Estate. “Sandra, Lori, Rose and Brett are consummate professionals and represent our industry and Kinlin Grover at the highest level.”

“With today’s release of the 2019 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals list, an elite group of real estate agents across the country are receiving well-deserved recognition. These sales associates are far above average and have built enormously successful small businesses in an extremely competitive field,” says Steve Murray, president of REAL Trends.

"Those individual agents and teams who make up the 2019 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals represent less than 1.5 percent of all Realtors® in the country yet account for over 12 percent of the closed transactions and more than 22 percent of all the sales volume closed last year,” says Murray.
