Kinlin Grover Real Estate, part of The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists with 35 offices and more than 650 agents across RI, CT and MA, announces the sale of the waterfront estate at 97 Tilipi Run, Chatham for $14,750,000, which, according to the Massachusetts Statewide Multiple Listing Service Property Information Network (MLSPIN), is the fourth-largest sale of the year in the state, and the largest on Cape Cod in 5 years. The home was listed by Paul Grover of Robert Paul Properties. Ted Williams of Kinlin Grover Real Estate represented the buyers. The property closed on December 12.

At the Southeasterly tip of Chatham, this spectacular waterfront estate offers nearly two full acres with private beach access offering wrap-around water views from almost every room. The three-story estate creates a private world of enchantment, masterfully blending cosmopolitan luxury and sophistication with the wild natural beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, Nantucket Sound and Monomoy Islands.

Literally and figuratively the ''ultimate estate,'' this residence is located blufftop at the cusp of Chatham's Morris Island with views as far as the eye can see.

“Simply put, this is one of the marquee properties not only on the Cape, but throughout all of Massachusetts,” said Ted Williams, Broker Associate, Kinlin Grover Real Estate.  Ted explained that he managed this transaction using the same business principles as all his efforts; earn trust, provide dedication and deliver value added.
