The Randall Family of Companies Expands Relocation Division and Appoints Incoming Referral Coordinator

Current Bourne, MA Kinlin Grover Real Estate agent Stacy Ross Wallace brings 30 years of experience to the position

Charlestown, RI – October 7, 2020 – The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists with 34 offices and more than 650 agents across RI, CT and MA, is proud to announce that it has expanded its Relocation Division and has appointed Stacy Ross Wallace, an agent at Kinlin Grover Real Estate’s Bourne, MA office, as its Incoming Referral Coordinator.

In her new position, Wallace will be responsible for all inbound referrals that The Randall Family of Companies receives. She will conduct a needs analysis for each client, connect them with the agents best suited to assist them with their individual real estate needs, and provide ongoing updates to the companies that made the referral. Wallace will also be responsible for generating inbound business opportunities locally and as a member of LeadingRE, the home of the world's market-leading independent residential brokerages in over 70 countries, through connections with her counterparts around the world.

Wallace, who has over 30 years of relevant professional experience, became a real estate closing paralegal and title examiner after attending college, and before obtaining her Massachusetts real estate salesperson’s license in 1989. She has served as an expert witness in the Massachusetts Land Court, which hears a wide range of cases involving real estate and land use, and oversees the Commonwealth’s systems for the registration of title to real property, and has conducted numerous closings across the state through her agentry.
