Market Watch is a monthly newsletter with up-to-date statistics for the residential real estate market on Cape Cod.

Market Watch is a newsletter issued each month on the status of the residential real estate market on Cape Cod. The numbers are derived from the Cape and Islands Multiple Listing Service approximately 10 days after the close of each month. This allows for all sales of the previous month to be recorded in the database. The number of active residential properties, the average days on market for a sale, the year-to-date number of sales and the average sold price are calculated each month and are compared to the same time period one year ago. In addition each town's average sale price is placed on a map of the Cape.
